We like to break out the work in manageable chunks (we call them use cases or stories) where these stories are added to a sprint (similar to Agile Development). We can then review the stories as they are completed to ensure we are on the right track and see if we need to make any directional changes
We get you up and running with your shiny new functionality by getting you and your teams trained on the in's and out's of Monday as it pertains to you (if needed). We can also do a "train the trainer" approach if that is preferred
